Ardeta Lee "Dee" Land,69, of Guthrie, OK died on February 18, 2013. Dee was born in Enid to Thelma Lee Biby and Arden Robert Crum on June 12, 1943. She graduated from Harding High School and attended Oklahoma State University.
She was the co-founder of Granny Had One with Donald Coffin. She was the cook and Don was the baker. When Dr. Robert Ringrose and his wife, Pat, moved to the new Ringrose Clinic in 1998, she offered to work for them for a month. She stayed for more than a decade.
Dee loved quilting, gardening in her beautiful back yard, bird watching, college football (especially OU where Proctor played) and spending time with family and friends.
Dee is survived by her son, Henry Proctor Land, III and his wife Gail, of Newcastle, OK and her children Krystal and Kody, and Dee's parents.

Dee's memorial service will be Friday, February 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Smith Memorial Chapel with Reverend David Nolen of First Southern Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
